JLR Bespoke Property Renovations was founded by Larry Lambert and Jason Wright who between them, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in property builds and renovation spanning over 70 years! As Local Authority Building Control (LABC) winners, they are the perfect project managers for large-scale renovations.

Both started JLR Bespoke Property Renovations so that they could continue to help more homeowners to create the dream home that they have always wanted, rather than having to leave the house that is in an area they love in search of the perfect property.

Having managed a wide range of projects from simple refurbishments to complete renovations and extensions, Jason and Larry with the JLR Team pride themselves in the work that they do and take the time, care and attention to fully understand what it is that you want, and why you want it. Your Project Managers, Jason and Larry will always present additional ideas if they feel that there is room for improvement or ways to save you money without compromising on the finish.

We engaged JLR Bespoke Property Renovations Ltd to undertake the conversion of our garage into a studio/multipurpose room with an adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom, remodelling of a utility room, and total heating and plumbing upgrade.

We have been very happy with the quality of work. We had a clear schedule of works and despite the challenges of Covid this was adhered to.  All the tradespeople were of a high quality, a pleasure to work with, and were always responsive to our input.  Jason managed the project closely and is focused on ensuring work is undertaken to a high standard with a clear attention to detail.
